Cancellations

We request you cancel any appointment at least 15 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full service amount. If you need to cancel an appointment outside of business hours, you may do so directly from the confirmation email that is sent to you at the time of booking. You can also cancel by calling 774-501-7880 and leaving a voicemail.

I pre-paid in full or left a deposit but need to cancel my appointment

If you cancel your appointment before our 15 hour policy you will be given a credit towards you next service. If you are unable to reschedule a $7.50 charge fee will be retained by NEO and the remainder will be returned
